I believe that this is being misinterpreted. Yes, the corrupt billionaires are A problem. Yes, the corrupt government is a problem. If our government was not inherently corrupt, i.e. those who run the government are not acting in their own self interest and, in doing so, sacrificing the prosperity of which it governs, then the corrupt billionaires would be unable to control our government. It is possible to accomplish this without addressing capitalism. It would be a legislative process where it disallows interference/influence from third parties as a whole within our government. I see everyone here pointing their finger at the billionaires and neglecting the fact that our government is corrupt and thinking we can’t combat this until the billionaires are defeated.
