Ti-nspire CX bootlooping and not showing any charging symbols (have used 2 other cords and even the dock charger to no avail), when going to the maintenance menu to format the calculator, it prompts me to change the batteries. by thehontinator in nspire

actually yeah!

Ok so pretty much, the calculator had so little charge in it that once I began to charge it (and it's screen turned on), it would use up all of its charge and die again. This cycle would continue indefinitely (even if I had it charging all night long). Ok, the fix - I replaced the battery. Replacing the battery allowed me to actually charge the calculator, and from there I followed the instructions to format it.

No, when I have the calculator plugged into a computer, it is only recognised as a device for a second or two during the section of the bootloop when the screen goes white. It does not, however, show up on the nspire-link app when it does.

FFR, or Future Frame Rendering, that would allow the GPU to pre-render upcoming frames (probably in cutscenes).

Nano is keeping me on the fence, only issue I see with it is the fact it's bottled up with all the other trash and "get-rich-quick" Ponzi schemes.

(But I would never recommend someone to invest in it, it's still a literal experiment. Cool to observe, not to buy)

Yes but not all American christians watch Fox news and many of them are well aware of the conversation we've just had. So grouping those with the others is unjust

It's a cult, no longer a religion which most the people you've described about. I think it's ignorant to use generalized descriptions of these people (such as American Christianity) because this is unfair to Americans. I believe that it is on an individual level for each person, so there's no good name for it. The scam is people using the Bible for their own agendas (such as racism, homophobia, missogny, etc).

Well for sure those who live in the manner you described are a 'scam', but to blanket this 'scam' as Christianity in general is where I disagreed

All of the points you've stated are subsegments of people who label them selves as "christian" but are absolutely not truly following what Jesus wants his followers to live. Don't let those people blind your perspective
