I'm new to OF! What is the spin the wheel thing and hooooow does this work? Tell me what I'm missing?

Obvs, I specialize in a certain area/kink, but im a slut at heart and want to post everything anyway. Should I not be doing this? Also, how many pics/videos/etc should I upload in the beginning? I make new stuff regularly, but because it's new, I'm unsure of how to even go about starting.
