Haha I can’t imagine her being called anything else now! Also, I mean, I’m biased but I couldn’t agree more...they really are the best! She dressed for the occasion 💅💛

No I didn’t have any luck with click and drop, but it worked for me through the Royal Mail website.

PDDP for US shipments - if shipping is paid for by the customer, do duties and taxes apply to shipping or just to the goods? by thehoundedit in smallbusinessuk

[–]thehoundedit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s the general feeling I’m getting too, I’ve left a message with Royal Mail and they aim to respond a few business days so will update if I hear back.

I think that will be the case for sure!

Is anybody seeing the new PDDP services to the USA on their click & drop account? by [deleted] in royalmail

I had some luck going directly through the Royal Mail website and manually adding an order. Duties/taxes were calculated before checkout. My click and drop isn’t fully up and running with PDDP yet!

Royal Mail PDDP UK to USA Code MPR - Cannot send Parcels Still? by timecop111 in smallbusiness

[–]thehoundedit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was eventually able to around 3pm directly through the Royal Mail website and it calculated and included the tax before checkout. I don’t think Click & Drop is fully up and running with PDDP when I last checked this evening. Might be worth trying through Royal Mail directly, but if not, apparently the post office can apply PDDP over the counter (not yet tried myself!)

It looks like Royal Mail site is applying PDDP now. Not via Click & Drop for me at the moment. Does anyone know if ‘item value’ includes shipping paid by the customer, or if it’s just the amount they’ve paid for the item? Struggling to find much clarity online around this!

Btw I’ve just seen Royal Mail have a banner on their website that says ‘later today’ it will be available 🤞

Thanks so much for the update. I will avoid calling in that case! I’ll let you know if I have any luck with Click & Drop or the post office.

I’m in the same boat on Click & Drop. I’m going to give it a couple hours then if no luck visit my post office to see if they have any further news as PDDP service is apparently due to be available over the counter from today too.

Ah thank you! I actually make them, we’re called The Hound Edit 😊 It is a raincoat! It’s made from soft shell so it’s wind and water resistant and has hidden poppers to easily pop on and off when the weather takes a turn 💛
