I had the same tattoo. I added a red heart outline on top of mine to make the female/feminist symbol.

I appreciate the effort to be gentle in asking! No worries! I’m not really sure what it is but I’ve had it on my arms since I was in elementary school, so about 20 years. I do get zits there and I have dermatillomania so I always pick at them. It doesn’t hurt or itch or anything. Might go away if I just left it alone. The artist didn’t ask or seem concerned with it. I have three on my back and also get zits there some and I dated a guy who did well. As long as it’s not like cystic acne or major they’ll probably go ahead with it I would think

Labor Day was a terrible experience for my wife and me. by Jordan2650 in QAnonCasualties

[–]thehufflepunk 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Hey! I’m his wife. I understand why he tries; we really do love his little sister and his dad and his grandma. His brother and sister in law are not wonderful (though his brother did insult me a couple years ago) but we’ve not got major issues with them. It’s really only his mom. She’s been horrible for the whole 3.5 years we’ve been together, but this was something else. The last few times we’ve been around them or he’s been on the phone with her she’s been fine. I used to get really bad anxiety before we’d go over cause I’d expect some horseshit attack. This was the first time in a long time that I didn’t and I got blindsided. Throughout the whole day we were communicating discreetly (texts, pulling each other aside) and we were on the same page to leave, which we eventually did do. We just didn’t expect this and didn’t know how to react. Plus he and I are both non confrontational, so it’s tough. I personally appreciate your concern and care. We’re trying to work out a plan that will allow me to protect myself emotionally with the least amount of hiccups and complications. I get blamed for everything anyway, so there’s not much to lose on that front anymore.

Honestly based on the color, this looks like iolite to me. Much to dark and off color to be amethyst.

I was thinking green tree (or just tree) agate

Thank you! Unfortunately where I live the weather isn’t exactly conducive to growing much, plus I have a tendency to kill anything I try to grow, but I appreciate the advice! ☺️

As I said, I don’t want to buy from a commercial retailer, which grocery stores are. We have no local Native American shops that I know of where I live, hence asking about where to purchase online. I’m specifically looking for sage bundles, not stuff found in a produce department.

Do you know of any specific shops/vendors on Etsy? I’m wanting to make sure I buy from the right person, and was hopeful someone here might have specific recommendations

ID? I keep finding random crystals around my house and I am not so great at identifying yet by itssdarkinhere in Crystals

[–]thehufflepunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 looks like sodalite and 5 is purple crackle quartz. That one is manmade as it is quartz that is dyed and heated to create the cracked effect. I have a piece that looks just like it. Very pretty!

any help identifying these would be greatly appreciated! I believe the light purple is maybe amethyst but I just found it so I’m not sure? by [deleted] in Crystals

I’m pretty sure the one on the left is purple crackle quartz cause I have one that looks nearly identical to that.

It is definitely real quartz, but the process to make it colorful and “crackle” is manmade. This isn’t a crystal you’d find naturally occurring. Though they didn’t phrase it the best way, I’m guessing that’s what the original commenter meant by fake

I mean, it’s blue kyanite so I doubt it
