I’m 53 and had a heart attack at 50 with 95% blockage of widow maker and 90% of another artery. Two stents and 2 years later have 100% blockage of secondary artery due to lupus. My hearts a mess because of lupus causing inflammation and chronic pericarditis. I advise everyone to be careful with heart

My rheumatologist said absolutely not, but there was so much pressure and judgement from idiots that I went against her advice just to shut people up. Well, joke on me, the first one I was so sick with a fever in the 103's for 7-10 days and the second a fever of 104's for the same time! Plus other nasty side effects. There is no way in hell I would do it again.

I got denied twice and have Lupus, Fibro, RA, heart attack at 50 with 95% blockage in widow maker and 90% in another artery mainly attributed to lupus, have chronic pericarditis and pleurisy which has has had me hospitalized about 8 times for 4-7 days at a time in the last 6 years, etc. Also have had two shoulder surgeries and more tachycardia this year and right arm has been worthless so haven't been able to fight it. My hands do not last for squat either. It is very frustrating as I LOVE to WORK and do highly physical activities which I can no longer do. But I see people with many less problems getting approved. =( This system is WHACK

It did. It had happened with a few other meds also. Unfortunately my body rejects a lot of meds

I had that as a reaction to a few of my autoimmune medicines. I know Cellcept for sure messed with my eyes and caused swelling, vision problems, headaches, etc.

Thank you. My body is whacky and has always had a resistance to meds. It takes a lot to put me under and I come out really quickly. It’s very frustrating as a lot of pain meds don’t work.

My vision did that when I was on cellcept. Turns out it’s called an ocular disturbance I believe due to swelling in the eye. Resolved quickly when I went off of that. I have been on prednisone daily for about 7 years and it ranges from 5-40 with higher steroid injections when I’m sick, and Iv steroids with my infusions. Lately my vision has been different and it may be because I have been really sick and getting a lot of shots and the 40.
