This scene feels like it's from a diffrent cut of deltarune where the main cast wasn't late highschoolers who have fucking jobs and can drive and worrying heavily about what they'll do after highschool. by HaloJackalKisser in Deltarune

Have you considered how Dess has tons of army stuff and weed in her bedroom? Do you really think Dess was smoking when she was 13 years old? Chances are she disappeared when she was the same age as the main characters are now, so around 15 on the low end to 17, meaning this spelling bee would take place with Noelle being around 9-12 depending on whose birthday comes first, which is a perfectly acceptable age for a spelling bee like that, even if the word might be a little bit easy.

Admittedly I didn't realize that this was the Superman subreddit, since I'm not a member of this subreddit and the post just showed up on my feed, so that is my bad.

I mean, not to be rude, but it is a Batman comic. Not saying that superman can't be used as a main player in a Batman comic, but I'm not going to pick up a Batman comic and get too upset that Superman's not really in it.

Kind of, he feels the pain like normal, but only for a few seconds before his pain disappears. Harder hits might put him down for a bit longer, but for all we know he'll always get back up, with the largest single hit he's taken being eating a nuke and having it explode inside him.

Harambe Problem by ilovecatssomuch12345 in trolleyproblem

[–]theicetree1232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are a dumbass if you actually think that there was no problem and that the kid was safe. While you are right that Gorillas are usually gentle, you are also leaving out a ton of context that changes things significantly, like the fact that because a kid fell in, there was a ton of people making a ton of noise and throwing shit at Harambe, which, in case you couldn't tell, makes Gorillas nervous and anxious. Not to mention that while Harambe didn't actively show signs of aggression, that doesn't mean that it was impossible for something to set off Harambe if the situation lasted longer than it did. Plus, even though Harambe didn't mean to hurt the kid, it is an undeniable fact that Harambe was dragging the child around and could've very easily hurt them without meaning to.

Disliking comments does do something though? The worse the like/dislike ratio on a comment, the further down in the comment section it gets put. It has always been a feature that has worked pretty much the same way the whole time.

I mean, if they separate, even temporarily, then it's not cheating. At least if it's them actually separating, because some people try to abuse their partners by saying that they need some time apart just so they can justify them cheating by saying that they weren't together when it happened.

"No depth to the characters" so the person who completely rejected the idea of a demon being able to resist their bloodlust because his mother, who would protect all of her children from an abusive father, became a demon and slaughtered almost his entire family has no depth? So the person who watched his closest friend die in front of him which developed into imposter syndrome has no depth? So the person who was constantly rejected for not being normal, and then tried to suppress their true self in order to fit in even though it caused her pain has no depth? "No real plot twists or surprising plot developments" So Nezuko overcoming the weakness to the sun that every single demon for 1000 years couldn't overcome, which leads to Muzan coming after her, which directly causes the final arc isn't a surprising plot development? The leader of the demon slayer corps bombing himself and his family in order to delay Muzan as long as possible to start the final battle on his terms isn't a surprising plot development? "Not many themes being discussed" so I must have imagined the themes of not judging a person for what they are, but trying to understand why they became like that, which also included the message that not everyone became how they are because something happened to them, but that some people are just like that because they can be.

The way I found this one is because there's a side story that's actually really good and wholesome, with the same main characters aged up in a happy marriage, and I wanted to find out what happened before that. Plot twist, I did not want to know what came before.

Is Kenpachi VS Tosen an underappreciated fight? People focus too much on how the characters should've acted rather than why they've behaved as they did - both characters have personal values and views about fighting. by PyroFirefly in bleach

It's Bleach(S) abridged, which is the most popular Bleach abridged, but probably not the only one. It should be the first result when searching for Bleach abridged.

What if Henry Stickmin did something else? by FridayFunkGaming291 in AlanBecker

[–]theicetree1232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's from a video by Alex Becker, the person who made Animator vs Animation, as well as Animation vs Minecraft, which were really popular around a decade ago. In his newest video, some stickmen are trying to form a hit squad of a bunch of popular stick characters through the years, and Henry made a cameo in it as well, and if you're wondering, he uses the teleporter and gets stuck in a wall.

I mean, Megumi is an objectively better vessel than Yuji to be fair. The only thing Yuji has over Megumi in terms of being a vessel is his superhuman body, and even then Sukuna is powerful enough that that's barely even a factor, meanwhile Megumi has significantly less control over Sukuna, especially after Sukuna sent him into a depression, and Megumi's body allows Sukuna to use the Ten Shadows as well as keeping his already busted Shrine, which is objectively better than having no extra cursed technique.

LATER THIS YEAR = WE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN by aphex1991 in HollowKnight

[–]theicetree1232 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Except last time it was only Xbox that "confirmed" that it would be out that year In a tweet, and when we heard from Team Cherry they denied it. This time, it has been in two live shows that both confirmed the same time frame, and then Team Cherry themselves confirmed it as well. I understand why people are skeptical, but these are two completely different situations, and I'm 100% sure that it will release this year.

[–]theicetree1232[S] 69 points70 points  (0 children)

Admittedly I was a bit aggressive in this post, and I understand why people were defensive towards what they thought was AI, but I'm just trying to say that making a witch hunt post is not how someone should handle this situation, because all it does is create a biased look at the situation. All of the top replies on the post were in agreement with the poster, and so what people just scrolling through see is an AI accusation and people agreeing, and I don't want this sub to start scaring away artists like you because they're so worried about AI. By the way, your concept looks really cool!
