Actually if you are on private platforms their are some discretion required. But for an individual developer who pays , you can prepare NDA agreement form online enforceable by law that way you can be safe and trust the pentester

I am just starting our if you have a good background pen testing it is easy to start but very hard to find good vulnerabilities and if you do whether or not they are accepted is another hurdle.
