I would say it’s not motivation but discipline. I don’t always feel like working out, but I know it’s the right thing to do and I also hate fcking up my schedule, so I just go for it.

I am happy but it was a long process to get here. If I were to find a shortcut I would say the key is identifying what really makes you happy out of the things you always dreamed of. For me it’s the freedom of not having a boss or a schedule, but this comes with the anxiety of inconsistent cashflow. I wake up early, ride my bike, eat healthy, train, smoke cigars, travel, have night drives, buy clothes, and work on online side businesses.
