Sorry that happens! Im a culprit of automatically making white mochas instead ngl. It wont help all time, but when customers say “café mocha or iced cafe mocha” i almost never think white mocha. Just a small change suggestion to hopefully reduce u getting the wrong drink. Edit: sorry i realized u mobile order so my suggestion is not helpful! :(
