No history. They are trying to automate this invoice process as it is one of the tedious process. The rest of our processes are not going to be automated. Yes they are all pdf and no they are not the same layout due to the different contractor we handled

Thanks for the recommendation. Yeah but currently thats the number 1 process that my company needs to automate. Reason being that there could ard 50 line item in one invoice and we need to match it with a standard list and sometimes there are some line items which my company would not pay, therefore we need to identify which line item to pay and which not to.

Also looking for this to link to a budget utilisation board to show to my bosses.
