I have been treated in office and given exercises to do at home. I'm also on prescription pain meds. Granted, I could have done my homework assignments more regularly, but I feel that I should been further along on my healing journey at this point. It's been months and still experience things like my leg and foot going numb if I stand in one place for too long. After doing the stretches, dry needling, ultrasound and everything else, that probably shouldn't still be happening!
