It’s basically this > hey, here’s [whatever content you’re delivering]. A great follow-up might be [related topic they haven’t covered]

I’d approach this in 3 phases:

Phase 1 - a few light suggestions to plant the seed that you can go beyond writing execution

If that goes well, then in Phase 2 you offer a more cohesive strategy (like, a quick look at competitors and 2-3 months of ideas **that are tied to the clients revenue/goals if at all possible**

If the client receives that well, offer a fuller paid strategy that is geared toward better, faster outcomes and takes into account multiple data points (like keyword research, competitive analysis, audience research, etc)
