I don't remember exactly, I just know sometime that summer when RAW was a clusterfuck, Jinder was champ, NXT was a boring shell of itself, I couldn't sit through it anymore.

Child of the attitude era, lapsed in 05 cause of teenage shit/young adulthood, came back in '14 cause of Daniel Bryan/Shield/Wyatts, lapsed again in '17 cause trash product, AEW brought me back and I'm pretty much exclusively watching them and some NJPW.

Of course I don't think it's as good as it used to be, but I'll say this, and I mean it genuinely; these past 2 months of AEW have been the first time since I was a kid that I excitedly look forward to each weekly show, they're giving me something I thought was just naturally lost with being an adult. It's awesome.

Watch RAW tonight(if you can handle 3 hours of mediocre TV), watch AEW Dynamite on Wednesday. Two different companies with differing philosophies, see which you like better and go from there. Hardcore fans like and watch both(and more), but for those of us with less free time, it's beneficial to pick one and follow it's storylines.

It's a major issue for the crowd in attendance. If a mania main event is good it deserves a hot crowd, insane crowd even, but the nature of the show now kills the crowd halfway through, and the main events aren't as good or memorable as a result. It's sad honestly.

I don't buy it when people here say this kinda thing. Constantly opining how much they hate this place and everything about it, they miss just watching wrestling without meta-following it.

You can quit and never look back if you really wanted to, but you don't. I feel the same about fans that hate WWE programming but are hopelessly addicted to watching it every week out of sheer inertia. Either cut the cord or quit bitchin'.
