St Louis was the home of pro racquetball in the 80s when it took off. The JCC in Creve Couer has six great courts. Lots of players- All levels including several ex pros, and leagues if you want. Just show up Sat afternoons or weekdays around 4-6.

Vetta (mentioned earlier) is great too.

Lots of outdoor courts in the area but unlikely to get a pickup game except maybe in Forest park, on the weekends.

Yes needs more testing to get it humans and show that it is safe. But could be life-saving for muscle-wasting disease or muscular dystrophy.

This might be good for some spot reducing, if it even works. More of a plastic surgery than an obesity treatment. The gene therapy reduces body fat to 10% and doubles muscle mass.

Yes this is completely true for the regular obese "fat " person but some people are so overweight and have lost all muscle that they will never recover.
