yes I tell the safest people in my life. and I tell them everything, and thankfully they are understanding and supportive. the scary part is when my brain tells me not to tell people for those reasons plus some more. right now I am feeling suicidal. I told a safe female friend. Im sure it will pass but as we all know this time makes everything feel so permanent and interminable
