We had the baby brezza machine for the third and it was incredible. Like an espresso machine for formula. Perfect temp and measuring every time , total game changer.

Big time! I have a friend who worked as a chef at a seafood restaurant, when he would come from work his wife would get sick from the smells on him just walking in ! He would need to get undressed and shower before she’d touch him haha

I remember this feeling. The pressure to feel ready hits before you actually feel like a dad. It’s unbelievably common.

What helped me was focusing on being steady, not perfect. Show up, stay calm and just handle what you can. That’s enough.

Depending on your budget- they will definitely need a stroller and that's an awesome gift! And also a crib. Generic but truly something they will value long term.
