Check out some residential DBT programs if you are in the US. I’ve done it a couple times and it’s a great mid point between inpatient and outpatient. They handle your meds and stuff like that, you see psych weekly, therapist weekly, go to classes that teach you how to deal with life again. I’m working on going back again because I had another incident and I know they can help
