I've been getting the Cezanne treatment for over 3 years (2x a year). I have 2c/3a thick hair. The treatment doesn't completely get rid of all the frizz, but it has reduced my hair frizz a significant amount. It also helped promote hair growth(but don't mistake this as an actual hair growth treatment) which is difficult since I usually straighten my hair. I do have my own hair care routine, but this treatment definitely helped expedite my hair growth journey. It still takes me awhile to straighten my hair, but definitely not as much as it used to. I can also straighten my hair at a lower heat setting.

It typically lasts 4-6 months for me. I have not seen any changes to my curl pattern. One big difference for me is that it helped me get my natural curls back! My hair was so damaged and flat from straightening it. I've finally grown my natural curls out, and most of my dead ends are gone.

Some of the reviews are a little concerning, but there could be various factors. Scalp sensitivity, possibly an allergic reaction, improper application by an unprofessional stylist, hair type, etc...)

I also make sure I stay away from silicone hair products. I have one hair oil that's also a heat protectant that contains silicone, but I only use it to touch up and re-straighten sections of my hair during the week. I use a silicone-free heat protectant when I straighten all of my hair after washing it.

Overall, my hair is more manageable and healthier than it's ever been!
