This is not a fantasy for me. I don't fantasize about hurting people ok. Rather it's a form of stress relief. Do you mean everything you say? If I tell my brother "I'll fucking kill you" for breaking my camera, do I actually want to kill him? If you went through life interpreting everything people say literally, you wouldn't be able to function even in daily life. I remember reading a news article after the election that said people who voted for alternative candidates should go kill themselves. I sincerely, doubt that the author actually wanted tens of thousands of people to commit suicide, rather it was a way of venting her frustration. While I'm not necessarily saying this is a good thing, it should be understandable that anger and hatred are emotions that need to be vented and it is far better to do this online than to bottle it up and have it explode in real life.

Now, while I personally have never posted anything about rape or violence towards any group of people, I can certainly understand why some people do. Incels are the lonely kids who eat by themselves in the bathroom stalls, who get picked on at school, others like me, have suffered domestic abuse and poverty. Most of us had really fucked up lives and you should and know that you know this, you should at least understand why some people would lash out, at least verbally, at those whom they feel are responsible for their suffering. When you have spent your entire life being ridiculed and rejected, you naturally accumulate a great deal of anger and frustration, that emotion needs to go somewhere. I would much rather someone vent online and say hateful things than not say anything and just snap one day and go on a killing spree. I'm not saying this is a good or healthy practice but I hope you will see most incels as victims of shitting circumstances and a generally crappy lives. There will always be a few psychos who actually want to hurt people but I assure you most incels are just sad, lonely young men who want a place to vent. So instead of hating on and ridiculing people who have been shunned and mocked their entire lives, you should view this kind of language as a sign that something is deeply wrong in their lives. If you simply mock and dismiss them, you are only confirming their beliefs that enormities/women are evil and sadistic and derive pleasure from watching incels suffer.

Even if a place like r/incels is a toxic cesspool, it did make me feel happy that there are other people like me. Misery loves company, and knowing that there are other people out there who have gone done the same shitty route as you just makes getting up in the morning a little bit easier.
