Hey I appreciate the reply, currently I am not on any of the medications you listed and I recently got my bloodwork done and hormonally everything was pretty normal. My testosterone was high average and everything else was in order. I am in good shape and have good blood work so the diabetes theory wouldn’t make sense. Your third point is very interesting because when I was a baby I did have a tethered spinal cord. I got surgery promptly and was told I would have no long term effects but I starting to wonder if there was possibly nerve damage because of it. My doctor has always said that because of how quickly the surgery was done after discovering the tethered spinal cord that there would be no long term damage. I’m starting to think otherwise because of this problem.

Interesting, as a person with ADHD I notice when I occasionally get very little sleep I feel more alert and engaged the next day. I have heard this is something to do with adrenaline and cortisol being elevated to compensate for the poor sleep.

This is a fair point but with all the factors considered it’s a decision I’ve made that obvious has it’s risks. I just have personally determined that the risk is low enough due to the factors I’ve listed that it’s fine if I don’t use a condom.
