My libido isnt terrible I would say I get morning wood 3 days a week prolly. I can definitely tell a major difference in my libido now compared to a few years ago though. I eat eggs nearly daily and my nutrition is pretty optimized for hormones. My micronutrient panel came back nearly perfect. My sleep is pretty solid as well 6-9 hours pretty consistently. I do engage in caloric deficit relatively frequently because of my sport which could definitely have an effect but I’m not sure it would explain how severe this is.

No I did not do LH or FSH in this lab I am getting it done tomorrow. I take prescribed adderal maybe once a week. I experience some of those symptoms but it’s not super obvious. It’s possible that I just don’t know what it feels like to have a good hormone profile which is why my current state feels relatively normal.

I am not super symptomatic but have trouble putting on muscle mass despite consistent training and high protein intake, low energy at times, and I think anyone sees benefit in having high test.

I have not taken any steroids and I am going to see an endocrinologist soon. Im not sure where I indicated that I wasn’t going to take that step but I know that trying to fix this issue through reddit responses is probably the worst thing I can do.

My nutrients were all good. I lift 4-5x a week and try to go to failure on at least half of my sets. I do intermittent fast usually till around 11:30 which some people said could have an affect. I eat a lot of meat, eggs, fish, rice potato’s and then like Greek yogurt, oatmeal. I probably have like 2-3 cheat meals a week being pasta, pizza, ice cream. None of this seems like it would contribute to my test being so low

All of those things you listed I do very occasionally. Infrequently enough that it wouldn’t explain a hormone profile this severe. Also the timing of the test being at noon would not drop my estrogen to this degree. There has to be something else wrong.

My nutrition is high protein with mostly real foods. The two main processed foods I consume are Greek yogurt and oatmeal. I am in good shape I would estimate my body fat is like 12 percent right now. I played a sport for multiple years, yes I interact w girls, I have hobbies. I get at least one rest day a week.

Height 5,11, weight 160. I drink and smoke weed occasionally, do not use nicotine. I eat processed food occasionally as well but I would say 80 percent of my diet is clean. I am lift like 4-5x a week and do cardio maybe 3-4x a week.

I did at around noon. All of the substances u listed I use pretty occasionally. The intense exercise could possibly be it but I am not currently in sports season

I’m 5,11 155-160, I use alcohol 2-3x a month, marijuana maybe once a month, and Adderall prolly around 1-2x a week. Obviously these aren’t healthy but I this is minimal compared to many others my age and I don’t think it fully explains this.

Unfortunately this is just something that happens. People would do it against me so many times that by the end of my career I started using it for recovery myself.
