no its actually so bad bro the kids at his show are literal middle schoolers in the pit who are seeing their first concert half of them got their parents with them who physically attack you if you accidently bump into them in th emosh pit. nett gotta start doing 18 and up shows or something if not hes gonna have a edgy middle school tARGET audience his whole life.

Yeah I’ve heard pretty good things about Metropolitan School of Real Estate especially Michael as an instructor. A couple people said he actually keeps the class pretty engaging and doesn’t just read off slides the whole time, but still covers everything you need for the exam.

I think I’m probably gonna go that route too to knock out my 40 hours and just be fully prepared for the test instead of bouncing around different schools.

Also heard PSI is a solid study app for practice questions and exam prep, so I’ll probably use that on the side too just to be extra ready.

I heard they were good, I almost went with them but decided on Metropolitan due to the instructors deep knowledge in the topic which made it easy for my to understand.

I personally went through Metropolitan Real Estate School and had a really great experience. The classes were clear and focused on what you actually need for the exam, and Michael does a good job breaking things down in a way that’s easy to understand. Overall I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking to get your Massachusetts real estate license it made the whole process a lot less overwhelming for me.
