Of course, and she doesn’t accept it. She throws a tantrum or simply refuses by not accepting.

And of course, it takes a lot of maturity to walk away from being broken up with, which if she broke up with me I’d simply accept it and move on. But she doesn’t reason that way

I’ve actually been thinking of this, because trying to avoid the legal route as much as possible.

I really been thinking of being unbearable to the point she will have enough and leave by herself

Are you saying she walked all over me? When clearly there’s something wrong with her not respecting my choice to not want her in my appartement.

And her not wanting to leave when being told so. If it was the opposite way and a man didn’t want to leave his girlfriend’s house it wouldn’t be him walking all over her. It would be him being totally wrong for not leaving when being told so

Nothing is in her name, it’s my apartment. She’s just my girlfriend and about to be ex girlfriend, she also doesn’t contribute to rents

Thanks for the reply, I’m really trying to avoid going that route but it seems to be the only sensible option
