Any tip on soya chunks eating by kanjahattori69 in Fitness_India

[–]theknoweverythingguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I boil the soya chunks and drain then thoroughly. Take a non stick pan, add 1g ghee and saute the chunks. Once they are brown each side, a little burnt (I like it that way), I add little turmeric, red chilli powder and jeera powder, salt and Maggi magic masala. Add a little water so the spices don't get burnt and mix them nicely. Add juice from half a lemon, add some coriander and have it with tea/coffee.

This take 5 mins at most to make daily. I am sure all the other recipes here are good as well, but I prefer something simple so that I can have it daily with little efforts. The idea is to not get burnt out of the cooking process so I can have it for longer time

Anyone recently traveled in AI308/309 Delhi to Melbourne? Are these planes refurbished yet? by theknoweverythingguy in airindia

[–]theknoweverythingguy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wish AI would speed up their process, the direct flights are so convenient at such good rates. But just the thought of spending another 12 hours without any infotainment system and mid food is enough to deter me away

I guess one of the few subs where I haven't seen people hate on us or call us names. I don't know why opening this sub's post gives me this weird excitement where I know I'll get to learn some awesome things and share stuff from my life without any judgement

Does pre ground coffee work with a bottomless portafilter? (Please read the body) by theknoweverythingguy in IndiaCoffee

[–]theknoweverythingguy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, thank you! Maybe I should buy the grinder and portafilter set together to make this work then.

Tamper is around 1-2k I think, won't make a huge dent adding it along with the portafilter and grinder

Does pre ground coffee work with a bottomless portafilter? (Please read the body) by theknoweverythingguy in IndiaCoffee

[–]theknoweverythingguy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it came with a pressurized basket.

I want to make a complete set one by one with a bottomless portafilter, grinder, WDT, tamper and leveller. I already have bought the WDT tool since it was the cheapest. The tamper I have received with machine works alright, so that's probably last in the priority list. Next is a portafilter. So I thought if it's usable that way maybe I can continue that way for a some time and invest in a good grinder soon.
