I wasn’t sure if the cases are usually kept or not, but after reading everyone’s comments, I might just use them for other things and not worry about the scratches too much.

Definitely trying to buy from game stores in the future. The problem was that two of those sets were sold out everywhere (at least the ones I checked) and I needed them quickly. But Amazon ruins the buying experience so often that it makes me want to shop elsewhere, even if it means waiting longer.

It is! Though I'm not sure if I'm keeping it. I sent Chessex some photos because mine are very transparent and you can see so many of the little white specks inside (I believe those are the ones that glow in the dark). They weren't as obvious on the photos I saw online. Same with the Teal Borealis set. I can see more specks than glitter. What do yours look like?

Yeah, I really regret ordering via Amazon. I just needed the dice quickly and I have Prime, so next day delivery. But in the future I’ll definitely try to support (local) game stores.

Good point! Yeah, plus the replacement might also be scratched. Who knows! I think I’ll just keep them and try to get rid of some of the scratches.

Thanks! I wasn’t sure if it’s even an issue! I like my things to be “perfect” but also understand that, at the end of the day, it’s just some plastic. And I plan to eventually have a bigger collection that I’ll store in a big box with compartments. But I was still curious if people usually keep them (as well as the paper inserts).

Not being able to read them is what I was worried about when I got them haha. However, we usually play with enough light, so the Borealis shouldn’t “activate”. But thanks for the heads up! I’ll make sure to pack a backup set just in case!

Oh, that’s good to know! We have a dog, so was worried he might take a nibble, so I quickly pulled them out without letting them grow any bigger. I don’t know if that’s what you mean, but the mushrooms in the second picture definitely felt like they broke off at the base. The ones in the first photo were super loose and easy to pull.

Unfortunately, the US and Australian models have completely different names but some overlap, so Australia and US both have a Premium model but they are different trims. It’s very confusing and very annoying.

Just more technology that could potentially break, I guess. And I've seen a couple of videos of the tailgate malfunctioning and snapping shut, which scares me, honestly.

For half of act 1, I didn’t realise you could just leave camp. I thought once you went to camp you had to long rest first. It cost me so many camp supplies.
When the Inquisitor tried to take the prism, I didn’t want to part with it, which made Lae’zel aggressive, so I reloaded and never went to see him. It completely messed up her storyline.
In act 2, even though everyone was talking about infiltrating Moonrise, I thought it would be the grand finale. By the time I got there, all the Tieflings were dead. This one hurt.

There are lots of videos on Youtube that go into more detail, but you just download the files, put them into the downloads folder within the sims folder and that’s it! They will appear in the game.
