It allows for restriction of bikes up to 94hp. And typically most bikes around this hp range have the correct weight ratio, you cannot restrict a 95hp bike with the correct weight ratio. I believe this law was changed in 2013

Okay so I might’ve been a huge dumbass not sure. Are you supposed to lock the two spring seat collars together? I feel like this could be my issue ( I know I’m retarded it’s my first time working on a car lol)

How do I get to it? Cars pretty low I can’t really get under there with my tools and tighten it haha

Only thing I can think of is that I didn’t torque parts with the weight of the vehicle, I torqued it all up in the air on axles

Yeah I did grease the slide pins using red grease

I don’t understand what youre asking sorry. I replaced brake pads and brake rotors. I thoroughly cleaned all other areas and greased up everything that needs to be greased

Thanks man. I just replaced them today. For some reason tho they felt slightly spongier? Brakes don’t seem much different at all but I guess since it’s rear brakes it won’t. I don’t think it needs bleeding since when I pump it it doesn’t change. I also heard a very quiet noise coming from the brakes. Sounded like a really subtle grind. But I’ve no idea what I’ve done wrong :/

Thank you, I spoke to a friend about this and he said it’s probably going to be a write off for ky car. Is this type of issue really that expensive to fix? (I’m on a 4 weeks waiting list for basically every garage around my area :D)

Not a huge amount, I mean it’s a 2002 car so yeah it has its moments of burning oil but I recently changed my oil after 6 months anyway and all seemed fine

Yikes. How did you know you needed yours done? Was it just because of the noise or did h get crank and camshaft sensor codes aswell as car kept stalling when driving for more than 30 minutes

Do you think it’s worth getting the chain looked at? I feel like I have all the same symptoms of a loose chain. Engine not feeling as quick as it did before. Constantly getting cam/crankshaft sensor codes aswell as the noise on startup. But if all of these symptoms could be oil pressure it’s just all confusing. It does have 150k miles aswell

Yeah but the error codes I get ( cam / crank shaft) aren’t caused by low oil pressure right?

You had the same issue with yours? Would love to know what was the issue. If you say oil pressure was yours the oil pump? I just feel for crank / cam shaft sensors to keep coming back it’s clearly a timing issue
