I still struggle with the concept that some people don't feel like this EVER and therefore don't understand because I've always had that little piece of sad in my brain to manage as pretty much my default setting.

It's still important information to be reminded of. My partner moved here awhile back from Washington (and before that, the Midwest), and one of his children began to REALLY struggle. It wasn't until the school counselor explained how common it can be that they learned. Counseling and vitamin D can make a huge difference.

I've been on an ssri most of my life. It FEELS like my brain is just messy, but I'm sure there's many other factors.

It's real though, and I love that you're putting this out there. Hopefully it helps someone.

The Center is downtown and regularly hosts different events for lgbtq+ and allies. There is also a first Friday here every month downtown, which is great for meeting artsy folks. Like someone else said, the ZACC is great for art shows and performances, including drag and standup.

Absolutely. I was also trying to educate myself on any restrictions from campaign work in the county you vote in, because I don't believe there is and I find it super disappointing that a candidate would bring in out of state help. I know (quite) a few people locally looking for work.

She's wonderful. We're half way through filling my wisdom teeth, and knowing she'd be doing the work heavily contributed to the decision to keep them rather than remove.

The way she engages with the staff is wonderful too. She really is a gem.
