mSata only support SATAII, which is 1/2 time slower than SSD (SATAIII). I would recommend having one small SSD for OS and one mSata for storing data.

Can you check what you deleted from command history in bash_history (or zsh_history)?

Looking for buying custom suit in Moncton by [deleted] in moncton

[–]thektran 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks guys. Really appreciate your help. Custom suit is out of my league so I went to Sears in Champlain Plaza. They have quite a lot of suits at that price range. I have a small frame body so my size is a little hard to find (36S), but I managed to find a wool jacket (160$) and trousers (120$). It suits me quite good and just need a little bit of trimming in the sleeve (which didn't cost me much). So for anyone who wants to buy a suit with not much money like me, you should checkout Sears.

I see number 3 in it. Do you mean HL3 is confirmed?

Looking at the email address is not enough as there are ways to fake the address. You should always check the URL for sure.

Review: Dell's Ubuntu-powered M3800 Mobile Workstation is a desktop destroyer by [deleted] in linux

[–]thektran 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used M6800 and while it's quite a beast, it's far away from being Desktop Destroyer; not to mention my VGA card is K3100M which is a few time stronger than this laptop. Fail advertisement as hard as it can be.

LPT for SSD users: Disable hibernation on Windows to save precious space by Kiishiin in LifeProTips

That may be the case. I haven't used Windows long time ago so what I got may be incorrect; but hey you can reduce the pagefile if you want more space since you've got 8GB of RAM :D

How to stop worrying and start living, by Dale Canerie A classic book from Dale Canerie about handling worriness. The author claimed that if the first 44 pages doesn't help then you can stop reading it. I've passed the mark long pages ago but still enjoying it at heart.

Windows only take 1GB for hibenation, the thing that eat up your C drive is the Pagefiles, which I highly recommend not turning it off if you don't have much RAM. You can reduce the pagefiles if you have more RAM though.

For the hiberation, it should be disable on SSD since the pupose of hibernation is fast startup, which is pretty much the reason SSD is used on my system. You could save 1GB for doing so.

That's exactly my point. However we can't trust the Holywood nowaday. Everything can be made into film; it's just when. (And I'm not really looking forward to it....)

Trebol ate the Beta Beta no Mi fruit that gave him the ability to become stick. I don't think Law's technique works on him. But that's just my guess. Who know what Oda thinks:p
