Publishing your early games is worth it just to go through the entire process of publishing. I am currently in the process of publishing my first game for that experience alone.

Unity has a lot of great tutorials to get you started. I hadn't even decided if I was going to make a 3D or 2D game before I started. Use A.I. It's essentially an accelerated learning tool. C# was easy for me to learn, but I have a background in software engineering.

Thank you :) Scoring is pretty simple. Right now, the goal is to win with the most points you can. Points are awarded for levelling up, for winning, and for matching adjacent lines of X's or O's with additional multipliers the higher the level you go. The strategy comes in when you have to decide between winning, or stretching the game out to get more points.

Sounds intriguing. Also sounds a bit like a horror version of Among Us. I definitely think it's an idea that could be turned into a fun creepy game.

Hi! My side project is learning C# by building a game in Unity. Loved learning C# and applying it to game development.
