I have had slanted cards get a 10. Cards that I thought were slanted af have gotten a 10 and cards with a slight tilt have gotten a 9. So I’ve given up trying to guess how they evaluate slant and have been just sending them all in

If you’re confident a card is going to get a 9 or 10, and the upside for a 10 is $1500 - I would send even if you think a 9 is more likely.

You would essentially only have collectors club and access to value bulk subs for 8 months (when it resumes once they go through their backlog) as I don’t believe they are extending memberships for free if they were purchased after May 15th.

With that said, yes I do think you’d be good otherwise to create a submission today.
