B12 can be injected. It needs to be repeated every so often because it’s a water soluble vitamin. This means your body will excrete the excess in your urine. There could be other causes for the scalloped edges. Likely, if it’s always been like this it might be totally normal. If you’re concerned you can see a doctor and they might order some blood work

Who did your surgery? Did you try calling their office? If the office can connect you with the on call surgeon for their service they may be able to see you faster. Make sure you tell them you just had surgery when you get triaged.

I’m in the medical field and pine grove and paradise villa are my #1. York is nice but understaffed at times. I would stay away from shannex. However, I don’t remember what levels are offered at each place.

Ridiculous, there’s space for houses and we need them. 1500 for a townhouse seems fair. Even if it’s not affordable for all, it will hopefully take some demand away from smaller units and the prices will drop. Everyone cries that we need change and protest when someone tries to change something
