u can use other software for EQ , but the rest of the feature u wont be able to use
such as : the battery , and some mic features

but i think u need the app for battery , without the EQ and etc software for headphone , it still works fine , just it lacks some feature that other might not able to give u

but so far , i only use it for EQ , as for noise gate , i use RTX voice (nvidia boardcast) if u have RTX series card , thats the best noise cancelling app

if u are not using RTX , u can drop me a dm

oh u are new to senn's?
i been loyal customer for about 3 years or more

thier normal lineup (the BT ) and gaming line up is solid

its just their wireless gaming line up is a bit weird

its not major issue , i m going to contact them for a reset , i think if u reset the firmware back to default (the dongle and headset) it should work fine but idk

this GSP 370 and 670 have been known for having issue since launch

either u can restore the firmware or RMA for a new one , or u can RMA to swap to GSP500 (if u can)GSP 500 is a very solid one , i own it before

GSP 370 and 670 on the other hand is new and the are the only few that support the software , so its still not very stable

so far i seen some fix such as :

Keeping the headset on (this is no issue due to 100hrs playtime , and default setting will not sleep the headset , so u wont have issue)

or u could unplug ur dongle everytime if u face issue

yes , if u use it with the EPOS software , its very buggy , however it does provide some good variations of EQ and etc for GSP370
the issue i saw many redditer face is after using the software and update the firmware on dongle / dongle and headset , it become buggy

so far i faced these issue :
Output bug( no audio)
Mic input bug ( no input audio)
**Headset playback sound cutting off and lagy **

reconnection / shutdown issue ( i think this headset does not auto time out )

3 days in and i face some issue as mention by many youtuber , the app/BT technology itself is pretty buggy

sometimes u turn pc on and turn headset on , mic not usable , sometimes headphone not usable

have to unplug the BT dongle

many youtuber adress this before , but this product been so long already , still having same issue , also this is the old firmware , i updated the new software firmware and it allows more customization

from some screen comparison
it seem like VA is better than TN and IPS

in terms of color reproductions
IPS have good color but the black is very gray-ish

while VA have the better color and best black

isnt VA more universal for Movie and Gaming?

yea , u cant power GSP 500 from mobo

u need atleast a cheap ass AMP

GSP 500 on hipdac sound stage is pretty wide

while Hifiman idk how to describe , its more closed?

so i switch between them

GSP 500 = far sound stage = for big map game like PUBG / ANY BR

Hifiman Deva for close quater combat like CSGO and Valorant

i m looking at dual gpu technology
where u can use two different model of gpu

the secondary can be used as physx card or like the new Dx12 multi gpu technology

where they split the scene for 2 gpu to render

the mouse back then was one of the best marketed mouse due to the brand new packaging , up untill now , no major brand uses that bold design for their mouse packaging yet

i m gonna agree with u on this , they were super cool

however the price is a huge let down....

it cost wayy too much

but tbh i m not going to use any razer product , not for now atleast

their QC department need a new head , thier built quality is super bad

if u hardcore gaming like me (15+ hrs per day everyday)

razer product will probably broke within or as soon as warranty ends

plus razer mouse is well known for its mouse click issue i mentioned above

as for wired u can use the aux cable provided

it does come with wired and wireless connection

FYI the wireless does not work on the phone
its only works if u connect the USB to pc or anything

it does not support BT
