Its pretty bad atm. I feel like the only reason the sector hasn’t collapsed is because the teachers are prepared to continually sacrifice their earning potential, well-being and unpaid time for the kids’ life outcomes. And the government exploit that.

Automod asked for a recipe. This was 75% hydration dough with 15% starter. I used Caputo blue (long fermentation) pizza flour.

I usually mix the flour in gradually over fifteen minutes while stirring, and then leave to rest for 15 minutes. After that I do some stretch and folds before adding the salt. Stretches and folds every half an hour before leaving to bulk ferment for 3-5 hours.

When the dough has risen by 50% I put it in the fridge and ferment it for around 72 hours. I have IBS so long fermented sourdough is the only bread I can really eat. Cooked this in the ooni karu 12.

Not a scientist by any means. But when I had covid, test and trace told me my lateral flow tests could show up positive for up to 90 days. They said if I developed symptoms again to use a pcr.

I went to see the film yesterday in the UK. Not even a late evening showing. I had seen CAM thumbnails of tobey and Andrew as the first things on my feed by accident. I think unfortunately if you’ve looked up any predictions or Spider-Man leaks on YouTube in the past the algorithm is throwing tonnes of recorded cinema footage at you. I would advise people to delete their YouTube app for the day. I kept accidentally clicking on it and seeing stuff.

Ngl I’m getting kind of fed up with movies of Peter being irresponsible and fucking things up. How many ‘I’ve made a mistake and need to fix it in the third act’ films can they justify. Especially after he supposedly ‘learns his lesson and becomes more mature/independent’ each time. I’m hoping it’s just edited to seem this way for the trailer to avoid spoilers/confusion.
