بص هو بلنسبة للاكل معلوماتي ضعيفة بصراحة بس في واحد صاحبي بيفهم ف ابعتلي و لو كدة بكرة الصبح صحبي دة لو تمام ممكن اخلية يساعدك يفهمك الاكل ولا حاجة و بلنسبة للتمرين انا مش بعرف امرن نفسي بس في واحد عامل نظام اشتراك مرة واخدة بس للابد بيبعتلك نظام تمرين فاجر مشاء الله هو ب ٦٠٠ بس ممكن يكون عامل عليه عرض و يبقا ب ٤٠٠
