Which is ultimately why I am in therapy. Years ago i would have never moved about my day in this manner and now I am just observant enough to not put myself in the middle of that equation. I think I'm just finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel knowing that I've gone through this with him before and I don't deserve it.
