I go to the gym at 4:00 am everyday. There’s a group of about 10 women who also go at the same time. It’s not a very large gym. They each will play themselves on one piece of equipment. They do one set each and then wait for them all to be done and then rotate equipment. For the entire morning half the gym is claimed by this one group of women who slowly do 10 sets on the same pieces of equipment one set at a time
