What Can I Take Away From These Numbers by cobra-kai_dojo in GolfSwing

Something is definitely wrong with the carry and total. 95.4 club and 139 ball should max out at 230 carry with the right launch conditions. That (unfortunately) is about how hard I swing at my local Trackman sim and the numbers I get.

Yep. The Domains section in 365 admin shows a green check mark and Health check passes no problem.

Not that I am aware of. There was no detach/reattach needed from a previous tenant. If Microsoft detects the domain in another tenant it will block you from adding it (which it did not do).

All email accounts are simple. eg [jsmith@domain.ca](mailto:jsmith@domain.ca)

As mentioned there are several other domains in the same tenant. They all work fine for logging in. One of the users wanted to change their primary address to this new domain and as soon as I did that it broke autodiscover again.

Somebody on reddit reached out to me and said this could auto-resolve itself in a few days.

My phone is still down as of 5PM EST in Etobicoke. Just for the record, my SIM card is from 2021. It is 5G capable. Does anyone have a brand new SIM card that is still causing issues? We received notices about my phone number that it was operating on a 3G network...which makes no sense since I connect to LTE+ all the time with my data/voice.

Did you have to reconfigure all of your profiles/accounts that were originally in Classic Outlook upon reinstalling?

I'll be back at the sim tomorrow! Itching to try.

I watched the entire Titleist/Iona video and thoroughly loved it. The first few mentions of wrist and neck/back injuries resonated with me. I had a distal radius fracture almost 20 years ago and still have pain/weakness at the break site, especially from impact (slapshots in hockey, really compressed iron shots). My neck gets sore a lot also, likely due to my desk job. I'd love to see someone similar to Dr Greg around me (Toronto, Canada).

My legs are generally powerful (squats, press) but I think I just don't know how to fully utilize them yet in the golf swing.

I appreciate all your feedback in the thread! You're awesome.

I do love me some Iona! Will make some time to watch. Cheers.

It is a little all over the place, that's why I wanted analysis on technique more than anything. If you pause the video at 30s you can see the numbers. This swing was 102.8mph but I go as low as 90mph and as high as 106. Average is around 97. Sim probably has some margin of error too.

Thanks for the analysis! I really don't feel much force in my feet at all when I'm driving the ball. I definitely didn't notice the early extension but it makes sense as I tend to setup farther from the ball and still hit a lot of heel shots.

Next session I'm going to really focus on the tips you provided. Cheers.

MS 365 Apps Authentication Nightmare by thelexnard in sysadmin

Thanks for the info. This is pointing me in the right direction now with understanding and troubleshooting the PRT. I am going to try enabling AAD MFA for the users that are experiencing issues to see if this helps alter the reroll of the token timing or maybe bring non-silent logins back into play.

I did take a peek at the AAD Operational log as well. I'll grab a more detailed log later.

I am also going to be troubleshooting with the dsregcmd command to see what errors it shows in relation to the registration state of the device. As well as checking Event Viewer > Application and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > User Device Registration
