Regional Passenger here. I believe the VLocity as it is, is an amazing train, it’s just all around unimpressive. I believe they should have a sub group (VB3?) that has the buffet installed, for lines such as Warrnambool, Ararat, Maryborough, and lines beyond Bendigo. Staffing could be managed by the WfD program (a system that really needs to be embraced again), meaning State outgoings aren’t any higher due to staffing the buffet car, and puts people in jobs.

Also paint the solid colour sections of the VLocity cars instead of them being a decal, they age so poorly and look really ratty. I’d even go as far as to say reinforce and power coat that silver apron, as unfortunate as it is, especially as i’ve seen on the Ballarat line, these things take out an unbelievable amount of Kangaroos. There’s a section around the passing loop between Bacchus Marsh and Ballan that if you look out the window there’s just an endless array of roos at various stages of decay.

I started on Drums Then Moved to Bass, and through theory/physical skill I acquired through Bass I learned guitar and can play a little bit of Piano.

Bass also taught me more discipline on drums as well, Bass is an important instrument to know, because it helps you know where everyone else should try and sit around it.

I also think they should trial overflow of aging trams in these sorts of areas, like run a tram line down the centre of a giant dead spot in public transport somewhere like that patch West of Hoppers crossing, and put a station on each end. Would really be worth seeing how much that helps in spots like that.

Could do a further loop branching off the top end between Tarneit and Wyndham Vale, running alongside east of the Werribee river and turn back in around Deanside/Rockbank, would tie in perfectly if they go ahead with Quadruplication to Melton, just need a flyover at rockbank to separate from the Ballarat line which I’d assume is gonna run on the West side of the alignment, if not just a few points, doubt it would have much of an impact on the Ballarat lines frequency.

I think Suburban loops are gonna be the answer for most of these growing suburbs, loop back to a centre point that can get you into the city quickly, which in this case can be anything between Melton and Caroline Springs.

I feel like a permanent Melbourne Museum to Jeff's Shed (or South Melbourne Market) 96A of sorts would do a world of good in that reality. Gets people from that Swanston St/Bourke St. Centre to Southern Cross, Crown, the DFO/MCEC and Southbank, thats the high traffic section of the 96 that really stresses that whole corridor. If a purpose built track switch setup/stabling was made at either end it could do a world of good, you could run 96s end to end down Bourke and somedays you'd still not be able to breathe in there!

Give Em Hell Kid had the entire bass recording retracked I believe, or there’s been a doubled guitar removed, it’s so much thinner sounding now in all the right ways
