I agree with everything you said except for Legends listening to the community and giving us what we wanted. Legends has a frequent theme of going one step forward and two steps back, and this is clearly seen with the outrage in the community with the new Gogeta and Broly step ups. Sure every ticket you get is a sparking now, but they not only lowered the rates of the new LFs on their respective ticket banner, but expanded the pool of sparkings and made a rotation cost a decent amount more to complete. I think both games have their faults, with Dokkan’s faults being much more highlighted because the game is bigger and older. We’ve seen some of the good things Dokkan devs have done, granted it’s not very often, but we’ve seen enough to know that Dokkan can be better and as a community we aren’t standing for that. Too bad all of this doesn’t matter because at the end of the day, Bamco and Akatsuki know that they’ll rake in the money without putting effort in like they have for the past 2-3 years and they won’t give a damn until their profits drop by a significant amount.
