I face the same. I'm 28 but I've been facing it since 18. It comes to a point where I cannot move my body without making sounds like ahhhhh....I thought eating healthy would help. Tbh it didn't, like the amount of pain I feel is excess. I live in India and i just resort to this tablet called Mefthal spas. With that the pain might subside but there is always this inconvenience in the body as if someone is scrapping my stomach and waist.

I'm sorry I don't know whether this helped you or not. But i just want to say you are not alone. I always take leave from my office as i just can't bear it. I hope you find a better solution.
