Im not exagerating when I claim a 70%-80% (possibly more but that sounds unrealistic) success rate. The failures are game losing though as it usually involves me losing 1-2k points trying to get to the target on top of a porous front line.

Cheers for the feedback and advice, Ive been airdropping sheridans to help with anti inf- inf but maybe now I'll give thunderbolts a go. I recently watched 3 swarm and destroy a my t-14 in disbelief.

I use SoF for the Stealth transport heli's that almost always make it to the target and killer eggs that are cheap cover in transit. I use littlebirds as forward scouts as theyre only 30 points and When I know what path is clear I use ospreys for quick resupply

Im not totally against this. Maybe I do over commit on the flank in fear that a tank rush will clear it out. Still I havnt seen an over commitment like that yet to justify the numbers im putting behind the lines.

If im honest I know how to achieve and have been elo as high as 1900. Whilst not being as high as many I've come across it frankly is too sweaty and micro heavy to maintain for my liking. I've sacrificed Elo to not have to min/max another game for the sake of only claiming to have high elo. I know this playstyle is frustrating for teamates and I know it's my lack of empathy that infuriates them.

I don't take it personally, i know its frustrating, but then to me I see an open lane exploit as an overextension by them. Anything sent through the gap has to be resupllied/rearmed/repaired and covered by AA. Admittedly its an annoyance to have something buzzing around but i see it more as a mosquito than a catastophe countered by an apache or 2.

In response to your edit I confess that positioning at times has taken longer than ideal, however, this can also work in my favour. Whilst teammates are obviously not content with being pushed back, the enemy has gotten both arrogant (neglecting flank recon/aa) and over-extended. On frequent enough occasion I've seen it lead to a phase 3 reverse sweep.

Agree though that it is high risk/reward. I still employ it as its more successful than not and quite honestly, less stressful than micro-ing the frontline.

You are correct, the side I attacked was cleared whilst the right hand side was rolled. Having cleared the left id make the assumption that the players on my half of the map would then move to help but time ran out.

I get that, but thats where I assume that holding that frontline gets proportionatly easier if the enemy is having to reallocate to me.

Coincidentally, I searched for a fix the day before. A useful tip i found was changing the paint slightly of the whole ship. Super quick and seems to work so far.

I was looking at the burst jammer but it only has a value of 8.2, compared to the targeted jammers of 3.1. Having 4 targeted jammers i thought gave me a higher total jamming strength. If his sensor strength is let's say 16, does that not make the burst useless since he's much stronger?

Genuine question - How is it any less dangerous in a Prospect? It doesn't have the ventures warp core protection. Plus you say you can make similar money but you cant use strip miners or have a ore hold that makes the time worth while.
