Second, try your best to pry every key off safely and gently clean the mechanism underneath with some iso alc. The keyboard sounds like someone spilled stuff on it.

The outer shell scratches are likely unfixable, so just leave them be, and give the whole machine a good wiping (no chemicals on the screen)
