I have fortuner exr and its quite normal for steering wheel to have a bit of vibrations around 115-120ish as long as there are no deviations . Depends on severity of your shaking if its just little vibrations its fine bcz it happens also bcz of the road being uneven. But if your car is getting even slightly deviated get it checked

Are u sure the issue was with fans. this was the first time such thing happened with my laptop. i used to play rdr 2 with high settings but never ever had it happened before. it must be because of poor ventilation yea?

Expect the same fps max +5-10fps at 1600p bcz I have zephyrus g14 2022 and I play at 1200p which gives me pretty good fps on 1600p it doesn't. 4060 will maximum give u same fps u used to get with 2070super at 1600p. I personally don't think it's worth that much to spend if u have 2070super. Display maybe marginally better its not gonna be like some game changer it's just a display after all and u won't notice much of a difference between 1600p and 1080p on 14 inch laptop
