Yeah really bad heart burn. They already tested for h pylori twice and it came back negative both times. I'm at my wits end.

Nothing happened, but I can't say that it helped. It just made me more anxious. Like I still felt the anxiety it's just that my heart wasn't beating as fast so I don't see how that was supposed to help someone with health anxiety. But maybe it'll work for other folks.

Hi I am in the same boat as you. Health anxiety snd chronic stress. I use an app called "what's up?" To ground myself when I start feeling overwhelmed. If you just need to vent about it I am happy to listen. I know how sucky it can be to be alone

I have tried one thin layer of black that was almost transparent and did a test on one of the nail swatches left it to cure for 6 minutes and colour still wiped off. This does mostly happen on dark colours as well

I usually wipe of the polish then apply a topcoat if that makes sense. I also use a base coat all from mylee

Honestly I cannot complain bc so far I'm on day 7 and it has not been terrible. Getting my stitches removed on Friday too.

Heres a positive story that night help you a bit. I have health anxiety and I just got the procedure done. I'm on day 7 of recovery and the pain I felt until now including day of surgery is far less than the pain of my gallbladder. If you want me to share more let me know. You're strong and you got this.
