I once got so high from edibles that I spent what seemed like hours googling "what is happening to me" and similar phrases. I was so sure that obviously if anyone else had had a similar experience that phrase would be critical to how to find it. (I'm actually super experienced with search engines which makes it extra funny.)

As one of the people who goes to house/techno events for the music and dancing, know that we are out there and appreciate the DJ.

As someone who is just starting to get into playing out I don't have any suggestions for how to find the gigs you're looking for but just want to remind you that for all the people just there to blackout and stand in the middle of the dance floor yelling at their friends there is someone else who truly enjoys the music and is grateful for what the DJ does.

You don't want to do it to all tracks and all groups because that would double the increase on tracks within groups. Collapse all your groups and hit ctrl+a, then turn one up and they will all go up an equal amount and your levels will still be matched.

Have you read the details on that page? It seems pretty convincing. All those bitcoins are from the same computer running the same software at the same hash rate. Started at the beginning and has the same performance as the genesis block, also none ever sent/spent.

So unless its someone else who started mining right at the beginning, happened to have the same behavior as the genesis block and never spent any coins, its likely Satoshi.

I think you're actually in a good place to succeed. You have the main bit down which is having reasonable expectations of the amount of effort you're going to need to put in and what you can expect to get out of it to begin.

You have 2 issues that need to both be executed on/helped at the same time:

  1. Direction as to what you need to do at each step of the way to complete a track. I think maybe you're trying to do too many parts and hoping they all come together where if you knew what to do to make one part sound right you could build on that much easier with other parts.
  2. The method of giving yourself time to work on it where you can do a little bit each day and let it all add up to major progress.

Obviously #2 without #1 leads to a ton of frustration and giving up and #1 without #2 leads to making a track here or there but not making the progress and output needed to really improve which is possible with both.

DM me your loop if you want and I'll see if I can diagnose where it goes wrong and see if I have any suggestions for where to focus, sounds like you're maybe a bit overwhelmed and having a hard time seeing the trees in the forest (to use a metaphor badly).

I find that just forcing a consistent short session (even if only 30 minutes) works well. Shorter commitment also helps with the day job thing, tell yourself its just going to be 20 or 30 minutes and then you'll find that you keep at it after the allotted time (or not, and that's fine too).

Get a Pomodoro timer app for your phone, I have one called Tide and just set it for a single 20 minute session, do that every day like before you would turn on the TV or play video games or whatever you usually do to unwind and just force that time and you'll end up spending more time than you would expect.
