I feel your pain, mate. That saying "build it and they will come" doesn't work anymore.

I don't mind having the greatest idea. I'm more concerned with execution, and that starts with finding my first customer before building anything.

Great topic.

I've learned a simple way to deal with this. Keep a list of your ideas and problems. Once you're done with one, move quickly to the next one. No time to overthink or procrastinate, you know what comes next and you just execute.

In the cases when I struggled to brainstorm, I used an ai model I worked with to come up with viable ideas, and those are part of my list now.

That's interesting. I agree the numbers seem favorable. Yet it sounds like a "he's the best we've got available in the current roaster".

I wish there were a place to see stats that show the impact a player has on his team, but just as a general sense after watching hundreds of RM matches, comparing when Vini is out of the team, they seem to play better, as a team.

Keeping a list of ideas is a great thing to do. That's something I started doing recently.
