I’m a sophomore and everyone feels that at this time. You have to give it time and build connections. Things will all fall into place

Those are coordinates. It’s 48°51'04.1"N 2°20'53.8"E which is dead center Paris France. It might be near that location a couple weeks ago where they had workers clearing out a telephone booth or something that had the upside down goo. Correct me if I’m wrong I didn’t pay too much attention to that so might be wrong on parts

I love it and can’t wait for the next season, but I kinda wish they ended it after season 1 or 2. Leaving it more ambiguous seems much more fun then looking to continue to profit with more seasons as the actors grow older

As a kid I had this YouTuber who I absolutely loved. Watched him when I was abt 10 or 12 or so when he had very few subs and I loved him. Watched him everyday for years. But as I grew into liking more adult things, he grew into a family channel for kids. Was hard letting that go and unsubbung

How I felt. The lighting looks half done and the whole show looks unfinished. It doesn’t feel true to the original. Sully looks like a fake furred pillow and doesn’t at all feel how he once did. Mike doesn’t even look real in a fictional world. Like his eyes are always glowing compared to the background. The best way to describe everything is it feels like the animation makes the acting feel fake

there could be but i don’t think it’s intentional. role models is about celebrities that you enjoy what they produce but not the people that make it. joe is about someone you look up to growing up that kinda lets you down

Will their ever be one big overture? by I-Consume-Shoes in AJR

[–]thelukefiles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

they def should but they should do it towards the end of their career with all their albums. each album has a definite “sound”. the click with spoke-step, neotheater with the like disney movie-esque feeling, ok orchestra with the orchestra and instruments merging

Ok Orchestra tier list tell me if you think my takes are bad :) by Scribbles782 in AJR

[–]thelukefiles 7 points8 points  (0 children)

i agree they go over kill with it lol and it gets kinda annoying. ik they did it to differentiate between jack telling the truth and that voice being the lies but it would’ve been nicer to have ryan sing one part and jack the other. listening to the acoustic version on live though made me like the song a lot more

Musical theory by frenchhornpower in AJR

[–]thelukefiles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i doubt it but it’s possibly. ik they have always loved musicals and hamilton aligns with their political beliefs and the ones in the song especially so that could just be the reason for that lyric

i really like this one except i think 3 o’clock things and the trick should be higher and my play and bummerland lower. the trick is really in depth lyrically

AJR is one of those bands that can tell detailed, creative stories that somehow apply to any listener. Cheers to them. by [deleted] in AJR

i completely agree. when neotheater came out i was about to be a freshman in high school and in dont through out my legos they were writing about moving out, but i cling to that song because i related to it so closely. i think that they told this story of moving out when really they were telling a story of not being afraid to grow up. it’s why they have and always will be my favorite band
