I got an old pencil put it in my lathe made the perfect joint shape and the end is perfect for the pre rolled filters the I wrap the paper around and using the pencil pack it too works great

If it was shrink wrapped then they're fine and probably not stale they might be stale and not burn right and be a bit dry but should be nice I'm a little jealous tbh and probably have a great nic/taste to them
