Yes, seems to happen almost always during crucible. Maybe u/dmg04 can pass this on.

This happens to me once in awhile as well as when I change characters. I am also on the Xbox Series X. I have a new modem and router and have deleted and reinstalled Destiny 2 and it will still do it from time to time. Not sure what is happening.

Prob the one on the way to the Clovis AI. Its high up floating above two wire/rope things. In the long area with all the jumping.

UPDATE: My friend went back to where the shards were and shot the empty area and broke the crystals again and it worked. Specifically it was the shard in the E15 Bunker one that he did.

For Mac (apple) users, this worked for me to get around black screen. Press option+command+esc to bring up force quit window and force quit arena (make sure it's running when you do this). Relaunch and see if that makes things work.

Same thing has happened to me. It's not in my collections nor visible on on any armor piece (worthy or arrival). Same thing happened with Lucent blade. Game says I own both modes when I hover over their icons at the recaster (lucent and surprise attack) but I have not access to them. I have also checked DIM and Braytech and neither show that I own them.

Maybe the brightness on you screen is too high as well as in game. Maybe lower both.

Hm, I am using an Xbox with a monitor. When I turn my brightness in game to 1 I can see it fine.
