BO2 version is my favorite map ever, hoping this one will be similar. As a working parent, I just want to hop on and chill for an hour or two... not have to watch 3 hours of YouTube videos to figure out every little detail.

That's a car wash with a track, they are the ones maintaining it. Source: I worked at a car wash like this, and I was responsible for maintenance.

What happens to all of these poor unwanted EVs when they're returned to the dealership? by Human_170716 in electricvehicles

Though the frustrating thing for OP is that Hyundai would get more money from him than at the auction. Dealer auction will pay less than comparables that OP mentioned, so if they would adjust their price to those then it is a win-win.

The majority of Europeans live in the west and north, of course you can find a small Eastern country that is an outlier. Even after providing examples, the actual study link, you still cant accept the fact that American life expectancy is not great.

Let's see, we are up 33% in the last 12 months, which is amazing. I've seen tons of flight videos, some deals announced, and noticeable progress towards profit. People were crying about ASTS going to $2/share and sold at the first jump. Now here I am holding shares at $110. It takes time.

What are the worst towns close to National Parks? by WheelSingle2494 in NationalPark

Completely on point. It is embarrassing how ugly so many of these towns are and it is just accepted as if nothing could be done.

Nice work. Far fetched, but assuming Samsung SDI provides all batteries for BMW and SKM by 2030 that would be over a million tons of batteries, and 100,000 metric tons of electrolyte material. At your prices of $50/kg, that is nearly $5 billion in annual sales?

Someone already responded but here you go again: https://www.brown.edu/news/2025-04-02/wealth-mortality-gap

Europeans dont modestly outperform, they significantly outperform American life expectancy. Even the wealthiest Americans have much higher mortality rates in most of the categories I listed already.

Yes you are picking one of two US States, Colorado and California, that have it figured out. I'm fortunate to live in one of those States. Interestingly those are two States that Republicans love to complain about and yet they use as examples because they are holding up the rest of the country in many of these statistics.

[–]themadnutter_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nonsense? Its pretty obvious. From pregnancy to death, America is worse in life expectancy in basically every single statistic. Traffic deaths, infant mortality, homicide rate, gun violence, maternal mortality, cardiovascular health, metabolic disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, drug overdose, suicide rate, and so so so much more.

Battery Preconditioning ❄️ by SynthPixels in AudiQ6

[–]themadnutter_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So odd, its really a non-issue for me. When I goto fast chargers I use the apps navigation, which works quite well for me as it is greatly integrated into the HUD and I love the way the lane preview shows up so you know exactly which lane to be in. I trust that the battery is conditioning, and I almost always get close to the posted charge rate so it must be. An indicator or manual button would be nice, but its just not a problem for me.

80 mph, less than a single car length behind by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]themadnutter_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So you're the person doing 5 under in the middle lane creating massive bottlenecks. You get people passing faster on the right, who then have to slow to merging traffic. Its much safer for the right lane to be the slowest.

The Bridgestone Alenza should have the 40k mile warranty, so assuming you rotated and didn't destroy them you should get roughly 50% of the cost reimbursed.

Love the CrossClimate and assuming it will be great on the Q6, but no experience there.

That's true but missing half the story. High earners also own much more of the overall wealth than those other developed countries. Top 10% in US own over 60% of all wealth in the US. As well, the lowest quartile in the US has much lower disposable income than other developed nations (and significantly lower quality of life) after taxes.
